Processing Time:
- 99% of our custom orders are shipped within 7 days. On rare occasions, there might be slight delays due to back orders from suppliers.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Delivery can range between 2 to 10 days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
- Please note: During peak holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be longer.
Shipping Restrictions:

Tracking:
- Upon shipping, customers will automatically receive an email containing their tracking number.
Packaging:
- All custom orders are dispatched in high-quality corrugated boxes to minimize potential shipping damages.
Insurance:
- Packages are insured only if customers purchase the shipping protection option available at checkout.
Damaged/Lost Items:
- For custom product shippers, it is standard to offer a replacement for items that are damaged in transit or lost, provided the customer has purchased shipping protection.
- Any damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the package with photographic evidence.
- Lost items will be considered for replacement if they haven't arrived within 30 days.
Reporting Damaged/Lost Items:

Holiday Shipping:
- During peak holiday seasons, processing times might experience slight delays due to high volume. We recommend customers to place their orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.
